Turkish ambassador to Uganda has been summoned over her outfit in the Republic Day reception on Oct. 29 in Kampala.
Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu tweeted that ambassador Semra Yavuzalp has been recalled to Ankara over the incident and an investigation is underway.
